My First Visit

Our journey together starts with an initial consultation with one of our providers. When you schedule an appointment, you will be asked to fill out a New Patient Intake Form. This will help us to learn more about your medical history and your unique needs. After you meet with the provider, they will make the treatment recommendations to best achieve your aesthetic goals. You will be charged a fee of $150 for the initial consultation, which is non-refundable, but it can be applied towards any procedures at our MedSpa. We do not accept insurance.

Financing & Insurance

We accept cash, debit and credit cards – VISA, Master and Discover Card. Aesthetic procedures are usually not covered by health insurance because they are not considered medical necessities. We offer payment plans through Cherry which can split your purchases into smaller, more manageable monthly installments. Cherry offers 3, 6, 12, 18, 24-month payment plans for purchases.

Some patients may qualify for 0% APR. The application process is fast and simple, with immediate results. It performs a soft credit check, which does not impact your credit score. Approval occurs within 30 seconds with no hidden costs or fees. Cherry determines both the approval amount and contract type. Patients must be at least 18 years or older and have a valid bank issued debit card to apply.
